What do we expect:

check_circle At least 1 year of experience as a team leader, proven results are welcome
check_circle At least 3 years of experience in JavaScript programming
check_circle Experience in full software development
check_circle High focus on the quality of design, code and implemented solutions
check_circle Experience in web application in React and Angular development
check_circle Knowledge of Node.js as well as SQL or NoSQL databases
check_circle Understanding of Agile methodologies
check_circle Fluent English
check_circle Listening skills to understand our clients perspective with the ability to ask insightful questions to get to the real need
check_circle Good consulting skills to be a trusted advisor for stakeholders

What will you do in this position?

check_circle Leading the team, including as needed: technical recruitment, evaluations, one-to-one meetings, inspiring for development, mentoring, evaluation and motivation
check_circle Knowledge sharing and creating environment for knowledge exchange in the team
check_circle Keeping open and honest communication
check_circle Consistently review projects progress and individuals’ evaluation
check_circle Supervise and facilitate the smooth delivery of all projects, enhancements and support delivered by the team
check_circle Coach and mentor development team on technical and soft skills aspects
check_circle Cooperation with Project Managers on technical requirements' specification, as well as with People Operations in the area of the team member's soft skills' development.
check_circle Collaborate with others to come to the best outcome for our clients
check_circle Assessment of the effects and risks for the entire product/project
