Required Skills

•  At least 3 year of experience as a technical leader
•  At least 5 years of experience in JavaScript programming
•  Experience in full software development
• High focus on quality of design, code and implemented solutions
• Experience in  web application in React and Angular development
• Knowledge of  Node.js as well as  SQL or NoSQL databases
• Understanding of Agile methodologies
• Fluent English
• Listening skills to understand our clients perspective with the ability to ask insightful questions to get to the real need
• Good consulting skills to be a trusted advisor for our clients

What will you do in this position?

• Contact person for all technical questions from the development team
• Coach and mentor development team on technical aspects
• Cooperation with Project Managers on technical requirements specification
• Collaborate with others to come to the best outcome for our clients
• Assessment of the effects and risks for the entire product/project
• Reporting on the technical progress of work on projects
• Structure of the backlog for the technical implementation
• Consultations with our clients
