The SaaS business helps clients with SEO and Social Media performance via a dedicated analytics suite that monitors user activity across Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and Twitter.

At launch, the Unamo platform focused on two core products:

Unamo enjoyed early traction with these two products but felt the need to expand its offering to stand apart in a competitive industry. The team believed that adding a next-generation measurement capability to its social media product could help differentiate the service. Unamo set up an R&D department called Unamo X to explore possibilities — then, a partnership with DLabs began.
