GDPR Clause – Conversations Recording

  • The Data Controller of your personal data is the company DLabs Sp. z o.o., located in Poland, Gdansk (80-261, ul. Gen. de Gaulle’a Street 3A/2. You can contact the Data Controller by mail or by email at: rodo@dlabs.ai.
  • Your personal data will be processed for the purposes of creating automatic transcriptions from recorded conversations and improving the quality of services offered by DLabs Sp. z o.o., provided that you give your consent. Please note that the recording of conversations will only be activated if you consent. The recordings and transcriptions may be made available to you upon request.
  • The provision of your personal data is voluntary but necessary to use the services offered by DLabs Sp. z o.o.
  • The processing of your personal data for the purposes mentioned above will be carried out based on your voluntary consent, in accordance with Art. 6(1)(a) of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and the Council of April 27, 2016.
  • Your personal data may be processed regardless of your consent, for the purposes of pursuing or defending claims, in accordance with Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
  • You have the right to access your personal data, the right to rectify, erase or limit its processing, the right to object to the processing, the right to data portability, and the right to withdraw consent at any time. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.
  • Your personal data will be processed for the period necessary to achieve the aforementioned purposes.
  • Your data may be disclosed to other recipients, i.e., companies managing IT systems for DLabs Sp. z o.o. or providing courier, hosting, and other services necessary for the operation of DLabs Sp. z o.o.
  • Your data may be transferred outside the European Economic Area (EEA), in accordance with the applicable data protection laws.
  • Your personal data will not be subject to automated decision-making, including profiling.
  • You have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office if you believe that the processing of your personal data violates the provisions of the GDPR.
