CONCEPT VALIDATION OF AN AI-DRIVEN HOME CARE PLATFORM

Wellcome Hub is a newly established company created to develop an innovative platform uniting various home care agencies. This venture is the brainchild of our client who has several home care businesses and has decades of experience in the industry.

At the heart of our client’s operations is a company specializing in Eastern-European home care services, providing both live-in and hourly caregiving throughout the state. They stand out by their meticulous caregiver selection process, ensuring only the most dedicated professionals, committed to delivering the highest quality of care, join their team.

Wellcome Hub aims to harness this deep industry expertise and proven success to create a more expansive and efficient network of home care services. The platform’s goal is to revolutionize caregiver-client matching and service delivery, potentially transforming the home care industry landscape.

An aging population led to increased demand for home care services. Stats show that by 2034, adults over 65 are projected to outnumber those under 65. With only 10% of U.S. homes being “aging ready,” the need for in-home care services is becoming critical.

High caregiver turnover rates created inconsistencies in service delivery. The manual process of matching caregivers with patients led to inefficiencies and financial losses, hindering the agency’s ability to meet growing demand effectively.

While the agency recognized the need to incorporate technology to address these issues, their non-tech-savvy team couldn’t implement AI solutions in-house or validate their ideas independently.

Before investing in a technological solution, the client needed to validate the feasibility of their idea. They also faced challenges in identifying their unique value proposition in a competitive market and establishing metrics to measure the success of their proposed solution.

To address these challenges and validate the client’s vision for an AI-driven home care matching application, we implemented our AI Product Blueprint process.
